Return Guidelines
RETURN POLICY
- You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on Stussy.com.
- Orders must be returned by mail only.
- Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.)
- Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stussy products not purchased from Stussy.com

*Domestic Returns are free when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label upon review.
*International (Global-E) Returns are charged a flat rate when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label.
EXCHANGES
Stussy.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
SPECIAL COLLABORATIONS
For any purchases on Nike, Special Editions/Collaborations, and Seasonal Discounted Sale items; ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE PERIOD
