In 2000, Stussy partnered with Nike to produce two exciting new colors of the Air Huarache LE shoe in very limited numbers. This sneaker collaboration was the first of its kind and has continued regularly since then incorporating several models of old Nike shoes including the Dunk High, Blazer, Air Huarache Light, Court Force, Free Trail 5.0, Trainer Dunk Low, Terminator, All Court Mid and Sky Force 88 Mid. The Stussy x Nike relationship has provided a platform to introduce new colors, fabrics, updates and designs to the sneaker market and even break ground on new sneaker models.
Stussy Nike highlights include the Stussy Nike Dunk, 25th anniversary Stussy x Nike XXV Court Force, Stussy x Nike World Tour Dunk High, Stussy x Nike World Tour Free Trail 5.0, Stussy x Nike World Tour Trainer Dunk Low, Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Boneyards Blazer, Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Boneyards Terminator and the 30th anniversary Stussy x Nike XXX All Court Mid. There was also a Nike SB Dunk Stussy model developed under the Stussy Nike SB (Stussy SB) program. ’11 Stussy x Nike Sky Force 88 Mid
The latest Stussy x Nike project features the Nike rare Sky Force 88 Mid style. Highlights on this cotton canvas sneaker include camo and solid versions, tonal laces and an embossed Stussy SS Link logo on the tongue as an updated version of the classic Sky Force 88 logo. These limited edition shoes are available now in solid black, olive camo, black camo and solid khaki at Stussy.com and Stussy Chapter Stores. The Stussy Sky Force Tee is also available now.

’10 Stussy x Nike All Court Mid “XXX”
The Stussy x Nike XXX All Court Mid shoes were released in 2010 in celebration of Stussy’s 30th XXX anniversary. This original Nike Shoe was initially designed for all court surfaces and features a premium leather upper with snakeskin accents on the swoosh and heel. Highlights include the Stussy SS Link on the outside tongue, “Past, Present, Future” on the inside tongue and XXX marking on the insole. There was also a royal blue canvas “mysto” edition produced for friends and family. The capsule collection includes a Stussy x Nike Sportswear Destroyer varsity letterman jacket and Stussy x Nike Sportswear t-shirt.

’08 Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Terminator “Boneyards”
The Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Boneyards Terminator shoes were released in 2008 as part of the Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection.The Terminator model is a traditional basketball shoe and the highlights include a written Boneyards graphic, crossed anchors Boneyards logo, punctured Nike swoosh and custom Boneyards footbed. The entire Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection featured a Nike Blazer shoe and a Nike Terminator shoe along with an entire range of t-shirts, tops, jackets, pants, hats and accessories.

’08 Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Blazer “Boneyards”
The Stussy x Nike x Neighborhood Boneyards Blazer shoes were released in 2008 as part of the Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection. The Blazer model was intially developed as a basketball performance shoe and was later adopted by skateboarders around the world. Highlights include a custom Boneyards print inspired by the original Air Jordan I red, blue and white set against a solid back Nike swoosh, tongue and toe cap. The entire Stussy x Neighborhood Boneyards collection featured a Nike Blazer Original shoe and a Nike Terminator shoe along with an entire range of t-shirts, tops, jackets, pants, hats and accessories.

’06 Stussy x Nike Trainer Dunk Low “World Tour”
The Stussy x Nike World Tour Trainer Dunk Low shoes were released in 2006 as part of the Stussy World Tour project which featured over 40 artists who were invited to do their rendition of the classic Stussy World Tour t-shirt. The Trainer Dunk Low is a new hybrid model from Nike combining the previously released Stussy x Nike World Tour Dunk upper with the Stussy x Nike World Tour Free Trail 5.0 sole along with a Nike Trainer velcro strap above the toe. Highlights include the Stussy World Tour print on the tongue and a Nike swoosh made of ostrich skin. The Stussy x Nike World Tour pack featured a Nike Dunk High, Nike Free Trail 5.0 and Nike Trainer Dunk Low.

’06 Stussy x Nike Free Trail 5.0 “World Tour”
The Stussy x Nike World Tour Free Trail 5.0 shoes were released in 2006 as part of the Stussy World Tour project which featured over 40 artists who were invited to do their rendition of the classic Stussy World Tour t-shirt. The old Nike shoe, Free Trail 5.0 is a lightweight, highly flexible shoe that was created to simulate the effects of barefoot running. Highlights include a thick leather upper, the Stussy World Tour print on the liner along with a buffalo plaid contrast at the heel. The Stussy x Nike World Tour pack featured a Nike Dunk High, Nike Free Trail 5.0 and Nike Trainer Dunk Low shoe.


’06 Stussy x Nike Dunk High “World Tour”
The Stussy x Nike World Tour Dunk High shoes were released in 2006 as part of the Stussy World Tour project which featured over 40 artists who were invited to do their rendition of the classic Stussy World Tour t-shirt. The Dunk model was initially developed as a basketball shoe and later became popular with skateboarders everywhere due to the flat sole which helped increase board feel. Highlights include a leather/suede combination with the Stussy World Tour print embossed on the side panels and toe box along with a buffalo plaid lining. Also features an ostrich skin Nike swoosh, ACG laces, Cordura along the ankle and tongue. Each color matches up with a corresponding Stussy NYLTLA city: olive for New York, brown for London, white for Tokyo and black for Los Angeles. The Stussy x Nike World Tour pack featured a Nike Dunk High, Nike Free Trail 5.0 and Nike Trainer Dunk Low.


’05 Stussy x Nike Court Force “XXV”
The Stussy x Nike XXV Court Force shoes were released in 2005 in celebration of Stussy’s 25th anniversary. The Court Force model is a classic basketball rare shoe and these were given a full custom makeover for the Stussy silver anniversary including crocodile accents on the swoosh, toe and heel. Highlights include a cities print footbed, vintage Stussy Tom Tom print on the tongue, alternate tri colored laces, Stussy cities New York, London, Tokyo, Los Angeles printed on the heel and a set of XXV toe clips included with each pair. The original samples had a different set of song lyrics printed on each color’s heel but these were never cleared for production. The Stussy x Nike XXV pack included a coordinating t-shirt for the first time and also a pair of socks for each color shoe. The Stussy x Nike XXV Court Force shoes were released alongside other limited edition Stussy XXV products with brands such as Alpha Industries, Levi’s, Luminox, G-Shock, New Era and Vans.

’03 Stussy x Nike Air Huarache Light
The Stussy x Nike Air Huarache Light shoes were released in 2003. The Air Huarache Light model was originally released as a running shoe in 1993 and was reissued in 2002. Highlights include the classic Huarache mesh upper, nylon eyelets, leather wrapped middle and updated outsole. Nike produced several promotional pairs for friends and family with the Stussy logo embroidered on the side of the shoes. This marked the first time Nike put another brand on any of their shoes but these editions were never cleared for resale, only for giveaway. The Stussy x Nike Air Huarache Light with Stussy logo stitched in are considered some of the rarest Stussy x Nike shoes ever made.

’02 Stussy x Nike Blazer Mid
The Stussy x Nike Blazer Mid shoes were released in 2002 as a follow up to the Stussy x Nike Dunk High and became an instant classic. The Blazer model was initially developed as a basketball performance shoe and was later adopted by skateboarders around the globe. Highlights include very unique color combinations that appeal to a wide range of people even though the shoes were produced in very limited quantities. The Stussy x Nike Blazer Mid sneakers remain one of the most popular and sought after Stussy x Nike shoe projects to date.

’01 Stussy x Nike Dunk High
The Stussy x Nike Dunk High was released in 2001 and marked the first official Nike collaboration with a clothing company. The Dunk model was initially developed as a basketball shoe and later became popular with skateboarders due to the flat sole which helped increase board feel. This also marked the first time that Nike used a specialty fabric on the swoosh- snakeskin on the black and ostrich on the brown. These sneakers were an exercise in limited distribution as they were only available at Stussy Chapter Stores in New York, London, Tokyo, Los Angeles (NY.L.T.LA.) which was unheard of at the time. This created a buying frenzy for those in the know who were limited to one purchase per day of the available 24 pairs stocked in each store per day (12 black and 12 brown). The result was a lineup at each store every morning for over two weeks until the stock was gone.

’00 Stussy x Nike Air Huarache LE
This is the old Nike shoe that started it all. The Stussy x Nike Air Huarache LE was released in 2000 as a special project in Europe between Stussy UK’s Michael Koppelman and Nike’s Fraser Cooke. Their concept was simple: take their favorite Nike running shoe model, create two cool new colorways and produce them in limited quantities to sell at the Stussy London store. What they started was an ongoing tradition that continues to push the boundaries of footwear and style. These kicks are hard to find…
