In 2000, Stussy partnered with Nike to produce two exciting new colors of the Air Huarache LE shoe in very limited numbers. This sneaker collaboration was the first of its kind and has continued regularly since then incorporating several models of old Nike shoes including the Dunk High, Blazer, Air Huarache Light, Court Force, Free Trail 5.0, Trainer Dunk Low, Terminator, All Court Mid and Sky Force 88 Mid. The Stussy x Nike relationship has provided a platform to introduce new colors, fabrics, updates and designs to the sneaker market and even break ground on new sneaker models.

2013 The Stüssy x Nike Trainerendor Low

Always stay strapped. Welcome to the tribe’s training program. This is all about the art of the crossover – whether it’s cross training or crossing cultures. Nike pioneered the ultimate multi-activity gym and court necessity in 1987 when they unleashed their first cross trainer. Around the same time Stussy was pioneering style as multiple subcultures and lifestyles converged for global tribal gatherings and establishing iconic style.

The Stussy x Nike Trainerendor Lows are the sum of everything that came before, with added innovation from skateboarding and snowboarding engineered to transcend styles and surfaces – from street to snow and mountains to molehills.

Lightweight but rugged, there are no boundaries here – Phylon midsoles mean superior comfort and the VELCRO® forefoot straps and sticky rubber outsoles will help you stand your ground, no matter what’s beneath you. Mesh uppers put the Trainerendor Low on a diet for minimal weight, while unique faded branding and reflective underlays deliver ultimate visibility, because at the end of the day…

It ain’t where ya from, It’s where ya at.

2012 The S&S Collection from Nike and Stüssy

Which tribe are you with? The S&S Collection from Nike and Stüssy brings together snow, sand and street influences to strike a balance of color, comfort, materials and resilience. The Dunk High OMS brings NIKE Free® to a winterized interpretation of a basketball classic, the Lunar Braata Mid OMS is the lighest of the trio with its Lunarlon® sole bringing beach-style comfort and the Mogan II OMS’s waffle patterned traction is sturdy enough to conquer the everyday struggle of an urban winter. It ain’t where you’re from, it’s where you’re at.

The Nike Mogan II OMS

Sometimes you don’t want to admit it, but you need support. The Nike Mogan II OMS brings some Stüssy style to a shoe built for the everyday hike. With colorways that are applied for maxiumum visibility, premium but light materials and superior waffle sole traction; the Mogan II OMS epitomizes Off Mountain downtime. Streetwear’s one thing, but wearing the street is another level.

The Lunar Braata Mid OMS

This is simplicity gone space age. The Lunar Braata Mid OMS’s Lunarlon® sole unit, chukka-style cut and a swoosh that keeps on going is built for all lifestyles. Going back to the surf roots that spawned Stüssy, this S&S variation makes a lightweight shoe even lighter with material picks that represent a left coast mindset. It’s soft, cushioned and supportive. It’s the feeling of sand under your feet, with added stability. If you’re doin’ your own, just do it.

The Nike Dunk OMS

It’s a cold, cold world and the Dunk’s been offering support for close to three decades. Now the Nike Dunk OMS is this cult classic reborn with Nike Free® to give the design natural motion and an extra sense of traction. Paying tribute to the iconic boots ACG built for icy conditions, these S&S editions by Nike and Stüssy bring some rugged but lightweight materials to a shoe that’s still true to its origins, but remade to go the distance. Stay cool. Stand firm.

What they started was an ongoing tradition that continues to push the boundaries of footwear and style. These kicks are hard to find.
