Orders placed on Stussy.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays and Peak Periods) and shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. GLOBAL-E INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the United States will be subject to customs duties/taxes. Our partnership with Global-E has enabled us to allow the payment of stated fees at the time of checkout. Therefore, all international orders placed on Stussy.com will go through Global-E’s custom checkout. It should be known that Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders. In turn, your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or Stussy as the seller.
Payment of duties at checkout guarantees that your parcel will arrive to you fully landed. If for any reason you receive an email from DHL or your local customs agency asking for additional payment, please reach out to email@example.com for further assistance.

Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed, and will depend on whether your order has entered the packing or shipment phases. If we are successful you will receive notification of your refund by email/SMS, otherwise you will be sent an order confirmation with a tracking link. If your order is canceled, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the payment to process. During Peak periods and orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process by our warehouse team. Our warehouse team strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations to our valued customers.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, frequent cancelations, the order of multiple quantities we identify as an unreasonable pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions by blocking an account and/or canceling current and future orders. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY CANCELLATION REQUESTS.

Each international/domestic order is subject to review. It should be known that receiving an “Order received” email does not guarantee your order went through nor that the product is committed to your order. Your order is only confirmed once we have provided a shipping confirmation.
STOCK AVAILABILITY In the unlikely event that an item purchased is out of stock, we will part–ship your order, and refund any unfulfilled item(s). In this situation you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

If your order was not placed by Global-E: Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days pending payment authorization and verification. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Stussy Inc. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Customers must pay:
- All applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by province.
- Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order.
- FedEx International Express - $18.99 USD.
- Please note once your order has been received, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Stussy, Inc. and Global-E (International order processing) accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as, Paypal. International orders will appear as Global-E on bank statements.
Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address. Other payment methods are available and vary per region. (Apple Pay, Google Pay, ect).
Domestic Tax where applicable.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA. The rate applied to these states may be subject to local tax. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of the states listed.
