Returns & Exchanges

USA RETURNS

To start a Return, go to returns.stussy.com and enter your order number and postal code to bring up your order history. This will allow you to select products to return and download a prepaid return label. Alternatively, you can also initiate your return with email address and we’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid $5 flat rate return label.

Items purchased on sale or marked “final sale” cannot be returned for a refund.

Item(s) purchased from stussy.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. 

Please note: We do not accept returns for Stussy products not purchased from stussy.com.

INTERNATIONAL  RETURNS

For international returns please contact info@stussy.com. All customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Stussy. 

 

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from stussy.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
