Item(s) purchased from Stussy.com must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable). Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process.

*We do not accept returns for Stussy products not purchased from Stussy.com

Please visit our returns portal https://returns.stussy.com/ and enter your order number and postal code to find your order history. This will allow you to select products to return and download a return shipping label.

We do not exchange products, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. You can request to cancel your order but please note it is not guaranteed and depends if your order has entered the packing or shipment phases.You can reach out to us by contacting info@stussy.com or at 1-(888)-978-8779, our hours of operation are 8am-4PM PST.

*If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. *During peak periods cancelations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process by our warehouse team. Our warehouse team strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations to our valued customers.
